We stayed in a room with a hot tub, and the staff were friendly, with a great atmosphere.

The room was fantastic and clean, had exceptionally comfortable and included a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher. Kitchen was a plus. Location: the hotel was not far from the old town and all the restaurants and shops.

This place is situated right by the old town, making it easy to explore the area. What's even better is that Delicieux Veg Fusion is just a short walk away, where you can grab some delicious coffee and treats. Highly recommended! ☕

The location of this hotel was perfect, with a key location close to all the main attractions and amenities. the staff were also very friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. the rooftop patio and hot tub were a great addition, allowing us to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the city.

One major downside was the lack of an elevator, which made it difficult to carry our luggage up the stairs, especially since we were on the third floor. Another negative aspect was the lack of maintenance and attention to detail in the rooms.

Convenient location, clean and modern accommodations, helpful staff, impressive rooftop terrace and hot tub, in-room Keurig with coffee and creamers provided. High-end appliances add a touch of luxury.

We had a fantastic experience at the Parc Avenue Residences! The layout of the apartments, especially the penthouses, was absolutely amazing. The housekeepers were kind and attentive, and the lobby was stunning. The location was perfect, with easy access to a 24/7 bagel establishment. The units exceeded our expectations, with smart TVs and spacious common areas. Melissa and her team were incredibly accommodating and responsive. We would 100% recommend Parc Avenue Residences to friends visiting the area.

I recently stayed at Parc Avenue Residences in Mile End for a short trip. The check-in process was easy and the staff were friendly and informative. The spacious apartment had a comfortable bed and I loved the convenience of the electronic key. Parking in front of the hotel was hassle-free after 18:30, and I appreciated that charges only applied until 21h. The kitchen had a coffee machine and free coffee, which was a nice touch. The highlight of my stay was definitely the huge hot tub, and the rooftop terrace was amazing!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Mile End. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Although it wasn't close to a metro station, it was easily accessible in downtown Montreal. The room was clean and comfortable, with comfy linens and a lovely shower. The staff were very responsive and helpful, ensuring our needs were met. The spacious hot tub was a real treat, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
